This is a new establishment that took over the former Brooklyn Pizza. I have had pizza from both places and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. With the plethora of "real" Italian pizza places down here, you are often left feeling duped or disappointed, this is a place that you'll feel comfortable with ordering from on a regular basis. The pizza has a good sauce, and a thin-ish crispy crust...not too over done. My only real gripe is that sometimes it can taste a little salty...maybe depending on the cook or the batch of cheese. The garlic knots are delicious and their Tiramisu is also very good. Delivery is fast and the drivers have been exceptionally friendly - that goes for the ppl taking the orders also. Overall, I have enjoyed Joe's Pizza and have added it to my 'take out' rotation.

When Brooklyn Pizza left I was disappointed. That was great pizza. Then I saw Joes come in and thought great another is back to take its place. Well, finally had it. Nothing special. Asked two friends what they thought as well, same response. They tried it on different occasions from me. The true test... I tried it reheated in the toaster oven. Who doesn't like reheated good pizza! Didn't even reheat good. I have never experienced that. I don't know, something different about this place. Probably could use better ingredients. There are other better choices. It's not bad pizza, but I'd rather get my pizza somewhere else.
